What is the status of my order?

All order status / order information will be uploaded to online order status system within 48 hours from date of payment received, It can take up to 48 hours for the data to transfer from our ordering system to the online status tool. As a result do not be alarmed if within this timescale no record is found, simply wait 48 hours and try again

Before you sign the delivery note or waybill please check total boxes with the parcel stickers barcode numbers on the box label are correct, if not correct please refuse the delivery. also do not accept delivery or signature if box damage, shortage, broken or box missing, do not open box if your delivery address or your name is wrong on the box label tag
